Founder & Managing Partner

CiCi spent 8+ years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she developed deep operational and strategic expertise across her focus industries of techology, healthcare,  and retail pharma. 

She was also, most recently, a Principal at ghSMART, a leading talent assessment firm, where she advised leadership teams on talent selection and development, succession planning, and team effectiveness. 

CiCi earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, and she also holds a BA in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from Harvard University.
